Andrew Byrd is a seasoned professional in the mortgage lending industry with over a decade of experience. He took his first step into real estate investment in 2010 when he acquired a fixer-upper as his first home. Leveraging the proceeds from the sale of this property, Andrew broadened his investment portfolio in 2015-2016, successfully establishing a stream of residual income and recovering a significant portion of his capital investments.

Residing just outside the scenic Coeur D'Alene area, Andrew lives with his loving wife, two children, and their trio of energetic dogs. An avid sports enthusiast, he enjoys golfing and playing basketball. He is also passionate about hiking and takes full advantage of all the outdoor activities North Idaho has to offer.

Jeremy Kitchen learned about financial freedom in 2019. He was hired by his longtime friend/realtor/investor (spoiler alert, it’s Nick Beveridge) to run a real estate photography business.. He quickly learned being around entrepreneurs and investors, that working for someone else could lead him to a mediocre lifestyle.

While on the team, Jeremy began dating the team manager of the real estate agent business. Both of them pooled together their W-2 resources, and purchased a primary residence in early 2021. Within a year of homeownership, they increased their net worth to over $200K with the help of the appreciation. They decided to utilize their equity and take on various investing projects, including lending, equity partnerships, and fix and flips. Within the last 12 months, they’ve both started their own businesses and kept investing at the front of their goals.
