Matt Brunner is a successful Realtor, Real Estate Investor, and business owner who has scaled multiple businesses from the ground up. He began investing almost $50,000 in debt and struggled with depression. With the guidance of mentors, coaches, and bosses, he learned about the industry and worked his way up.
The first few years of his journey were spent working for other people. He gained the experience and insight to grow his own teams and systems. He eventually became a COO of a wholesaling company, scaled the business into commercial acquisition, a real estate brokerage, and flipping houses.
In December 2021, Matt launched Lily with the ambition of going Nationwide using the same systems he perfected previously. He also launched Creative Agents in June of 2022. Come join us as we chat about all things systems, and investing!

Xavier Marin is a real estate investor, podcaster, real estate coach, and full time W2 worker based out of Minneapolis Minnesota. He started his real estate journey by house hacking and renting out the bedrooms of his home in Virginia, allowing him to cash flow $600. He bought his first out of state rental in Tennessee by leveraging his 401K in 3 months after owning his primary house. His portfolio is small, but mighty, and includes 2 short term rentals in the Smoky Mountains, and a long term rental outside of Nashville, TN. When Xavier is not working his full time job or managing his rentals, he is coaching other investors through the Inner Circle Mastermind. He is a co-host of the W2 Amigos Podcast, and COO of Robinson Capital.

Aaron sits down for an interview with The Investor Shed today, and talks about investing, life, and everything that happens in between. Nick and Aaron have known each other for a long time, and even co hosted another podcast together.
Aaron is an entrepreneur from eastern Washington state. He likes to invest in local and out of state projects, specifically in the 20+ multifamily class range. He's been involved in flips, fundraising, and development projects. Aaron currently spends his time helping others learn about real estate investing, advocating for tenants living in poor housing conditions, and operating a mental health group practice. He likes to spend his time volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America, fishing, and teaching adults coping skills for ADHD as well as parenting tools for families with children diagnosed with ADHD.

Nathan grew up in Atlanta Georgia but lives in Salt Lake City, UT. When he was 19, he went on a mission for two years in Portland Oregon. After his mission, he went to college at BYUI, and discovered his love for all things entrepreneur. He started doing door to door sales and quickly became one of the top sales people in the company. He has run multiple sales teams and generated thousands of accounts for the company. After door to door sales, Nathan decided to get into real estate. He self taught himself, took massive imperfect action, and failed his way forward. He is the co-owner of Offer On Homes, his real estate investing company, and Investor Thrive, a coaching company dedicated to helping wholesalers and real estate investors get more real estate, the Payne-less way.

Justin is a 24 year old real estate investor and musician living in Coeur d’Alene Idaho. He got started by sending letters in the mail, to now owning several short and long term rentals, and storage units. He has leveraged his musical talent to open doors to get in rooms that otherwise wouldn’t be opened. Justin currently runs a lean real estate team that finds deals in the Spokane and North Idaho markets.
