Jorge Abreu has been Investing in Real Estate for over 16 years now. He started in Single Family, small Multifamily properties and eventually worked his way up to large 100+ Unit Multifamily properties. Jorge has wholesaled over 250+ Single Family Properties. Fixed & Flipped over 200+ SF. Developed and completed several new development projects, over $40 Million in ground up construction. He also started and built a Construction Company bringing in over $30+ Million in yearly revenue & growing. He is now an Active & Passive Full Time Multifamily Real Estate Investor.

Jorge and his company Elevate combined have acquired 7,956 Multifamily Units as the main Deal Sponsors. He has gone full cycle and exited out of 1,312 of those units and currently has $550M+ in Assets Under Management. Jorge is the CEO of Elevate Commercial Investment Group and JNT Construction. JNT Construction focuses on helping Multifamily Investors with their Due Diligence & Full renovations. He has also now launched an in house management company, Elevate Real Estate Management, which makes him completely vertically integrated. He also runs a Multifamily Coaching program where he helps others grow their Multifamily Real Estate portfolio.

He is based out of Dallas & currently owns properties in Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, South Carolina, Florida, Arkansas and South Dakota but is open to other areas as well. S2E30 Mindset Matters with Jeff Utecht

Jeff Utecht is an educator, podcaster, entrepreneur, investor, and much more!  

The child of two teachers, Jeff’s been rethinking education since his teenage years working his local farm in the Spokane Valley. His first mentor, a fourth grade teacher, agreed to let Jeff serve as a volunteer teacher at the age of 17. From these very first experiences in the classroom, Jeff understood how critical it is for learning to authentically honor learners.

Jeff’s experiences as a volunteer served as a catalyst for his career. Early on in his educational practice, Jeff’s passion and commitment to student learning led to him being awarded a Bill and Melinda Gates Grant, the Technology Leadership Project. Jeff’s curiosity about the evolving role of technology in education pushed him to experiment with blended learning, network literacies, and digital collaboration during a time when very few schools were savvy to the coming shift.

Jeff’s dedication to students drove him to document his learning as an educator, an instructional leader, an administrator, and a consultant to technology startups. Sharing his insights through his blog and podcast, he caught the attention not just of local leaders, but of leaders around the world. In 2010, Jeff was invited by the Prince of Bahrain to participate in conversations to reimagine teaching and learning. In 2018 and again in 2020, Jeff was invited by the UN to share his thoughts at the Global Knowledge Summit in Dubai. 

Today Jeff has upskilled more than 55,000 educators around the world. He’s been a keynote speaker at dozens of events globally, and he’s consulted with over 200 School Districts. He’s founded an international consortium of consultants, and he’s developed professional learning pathways that have created sustainable change for modern learners. 

Unwavering is Jeff’s personal mission to ensure schools prepare students for their future, and not our past. He has never stopped learning, and he has never stopped volunteering his support for students. Jeff is currently working on a new book, new professional learning pathways, and a new podcast series from his home in Seattle where he lives with his wife (a fellow educator), and his two cats (who most definitely want to pursue a future in education as well).

S2E28 House Hacking Prodigy: Cecilia Boswell

Cecilia Boswell embarked on her real estate investment journey in 2015 with a house hack duplex in the Seattle area. Since then, she has been steadily growing her portfolio alongside her husband. Cecilia has gained extensive experience in various investment strategies, including out-of-state investing, BRRRs, short-term rentals, mid-term rentals, multi-family properties, and house hacking.

Since 2019, her focus has been on multi-family value-add projects in the Spokane area, with future goals of venturing into multi-family development. In 2021, Cecilia and her husband relocated to Spokane, where they now reside in their dream house hack—a hobby farm property with an ADU that they rent out on Airbnb. With a deep passion for real estate and financial freedom, Cecilia actively networks and continues to learn from fellow investors. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and spending time with the goats and alpacas at her farm.
