We interviewed T.J. Kosen on The Investor Shed Podcast! TJ has an awesome story on how he persevered and overcame all the odds and learned to walk again. TJ Kosen has been in Real Estate since 2006, first cutting his teeth before the crash with 200+ multi-family units in Tennessee. He has done deals in Texas, California and Tennessee. TJ’s company primarily renovates and wholetails in the DFW area, and wholesales deals throughout Texas. He stresses multiple marketing channels and strong operational accountability are key in all aspects of his real estate business.

Brad Chandler is a successful real estate investor, entrepreneur, and the CEO of Express Homebuyers, a real estate investment company based in Springfield, Virginia. He has been actively investing in real estate since 2002, and his company has bought and sold over 2,500 houses.
Brad has always had a passion for entrepreneurship, even starting his first business at the age of 11. After college, he worked as a computer programmer, but he eventually realized that his true passion was in real estate investing. He started buying and renovating properties in his spare time, and eventually, he quit his job to focus on real estate full-time.
In 2003, Brad founded Express Homebuyers, which is known for its innovative and customer-centric approach to real estate investing. The company's mission is to help homeowners who need to sell their homes quickly and hassle-free. Brad's company buys homes in any condition and can close on the sale in as little as seven days, making the process as smooth as possible for homeowners.
Brad is also a sought-after speaker and has been featured in numerous media outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, CNN Money, and CNBC. He is a regular guest on real estate podcasts and has also published a book titled "Painlessly Selling Your Home: A Guide to Hassle-Free Home Selling." In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his family and volunteering with his church. He is also an avid traveler and has visited over 50 countries around the world.

Mortgages, investing, aggressive social media. What else is there to say? We chat with Brett Shoemaker today on The Investor Shed Podcast. Brett(the 2nd T is silent) started his journey with out of state investing, and has been building his portfolio ever since.
Brett is a real estate investor, self-proclaimed “King of Mortgages,” and lead "Brofessor" at TankTop Finance. He started his real estate journey by purchasing his first home in 2017, and used the proceeds from the sale to build a 5-door million dollar real estate portfolio, part-time.
His day job is slinging mortgages for homeowners and investors. He is also a passionate advocate for financial literacy and regularly shares his insights through aggressive YouTube videos and other social media content, all with the mission of empowering others to take control of their financial futures.

Matt Brunner is a successful Realtor, Real Estate Investor, and business owner who has scaled multiple businesses from the ground up. He began investing almost $50,000 in debt and struggled with depression. With the guidance of mentors, coaches, and bosses, he learned about the industry and worked his way up.
The first few years of his journey were spent working for other people. He gained the experience and insight to grow his own teams and systems. He eventually became a COO of a wholesaling company, scaled the business into commercial acquisition, a real estate brokerage, and flipping houses.
In December 2021, Matt launched Lily with the ambition of going Nationwide using the same systems he perfected previously. He also launched Creative Agents in June of 2022. Come join us as we chat about all things systems, and investing!

Xavier Marin is a real estate investor, podcaster, real estate coach, and full time W2 worker based out of Minneapolis Minnesota. He started his real estate journey by house hacking and renting out the bedrooms of his home in Virginia, allowing him to cash flow $600. He bought his first out of state rental in Tennessee by leveraging his 401K in 3 months after owning his primary house. His portfolio is small, but mighty, and includes 2 short term rentals in the Smoky Mountains, and a long term rental outside of Nashville, TN. When Xavier is not working his full time job or managing his rentals, he is coaching other investors through the Inner Circle Mastermind. He is a co-host of the W2 Amigos Podcast, and COO of Robinson Capital.
