David Sanford is an active-duty service member, successful real estate investor, and devoted family man. Since 2016, he has built a multi-million-dollar real estate portfolio consisting of over 75 properties. David's investment strategy focuses on acquiring highly discounted properties and adding value through forced appreciation.

With a background in finance and an MBA from Liberty University, David excels at analyzing deals to ensure smart and sound investments. He leverages his expertise in financial data analysis, honed during his tenure as a general manager for large corporations, to identify weaknesses and improve business performance.  

David's time management skills are put to the test as a father of three, a husband, and a full-time service member. Despite the challenges, he maintains a thriving real estate business and is always on the lookout for new opportunities, particularly in the commercial real estate space. David is passionate about sharing his knowledge and helping others succeed in real estate investing. He enjoys coaching and motivating individuals to pursue their passions and follow their own investment journey.
