S2E15 Full Time W2 Investing with Xavier Marin

Xavier Marin is a real estate investor, podcaster, real estate coach, and full time W2 worker based out of Minneapolis Minnesota.  He started his real estate journey by house hacking and renting out the bedrooms of his home in Virginia, allowing him to cash flow $600.  He bought his first out of state rental in Tennessee by leveraging his 401K in 3 months after owning his primary house.  His portfolio is small, but mighty, and includes 2 short term rentals in the Smoky Mountains, and a long term rental outside of Nashville, TN.   When Xavier is not working his full time job or managing his rentals, he is coaching other investors through the Inner Circle Mastermind.  He is a co-host of the W2 Amigos Podcast, and COO of Robinson Capital.
