S2E13 From IT Guy to Florida Entrepreneur with Aaron Miley

Aaron sits down for an interview with The Investor Shed today, and talks about investing, life, and everything that happens in between. Nick and Aaron have known each other for a long time, and even co hosted another podcast together. 

 

​​Aaron is an entrepreneur from eastern Washington state. He likes to invest in local and out of state projects, specifically in the 20+ multifamily class range. He's been involved in flips, fundraising, and development projects. Aaron currently spends his time helping others learn about real estate investing, advocating for tenants living in poor housing conditions, and operating a mental health group practice. He likes to spend his time volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America, fishing, and teaching adults coping skills for ADHD as well as parenting tools for families with children diagnosed with ADHD.
